Michael Crescenzo has led Evologics as Chief Executive Officer since the company's founding in 2009. His focus on patient access, quality, safety and operational efficiency has guided the company from an early-stage business to a biologics distributor serving healthcare providers, specialty clinics and hospitals nationwide.

With more than three decades of healthcare industry experience, Michael directs the company's growth strategy, industry relationships and continued development as a healthcare partner.

Doug Helling brings more than 25 years of experience in medical device and biologics distribution to his role as President of Evologics. His work is centered on expanding access to high-quality biologic therapies and strengthening the systems that support healthcare organizations nationwide.

His experience spans supply chain optimization, compliance, operations and strategic partnerships, disciplines that support the reliability and service expectations of Evologics customers.

Wendy Reyes oversees the financial and operational performance of Evologics as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She brings more than 25 years of management experience spanning medical devices, supply chain, retail management, business administration and product development.

Before joining Evologics, Wendy served as CFO for orthopedic hardware manufacturer New Standard Device and COO for medical device distributor Venalife. At Evologics, she has developed teams and processes supporting inventory management, distribution and invoicing, and led the development and implementation of the company's ERP platform in 2024.

Jerry Pascucci brings more than a decade of biologics and life sciences experience to his role as Chief Commercial Officer. He guides commercial strategy, market development and the partnerships that support sustainable growth at Evologics.

His approach combines market analysis, customer insight and relationship development to identify opportunities that create value for healthcare providers, clients and industry partners.

Ryan Gray serves as Chief Sales Officer at Evologics, bringing nearly two decades of experience in medical device, surgical technology and healthcare sales leadership. Throughout his career, Ryan has built sales organizations, launched surgical products, expanded distribution networks and worked closely with physicians and healthcare organizations to bring new technologies into the operating room.

Before joining Evologics, Ryan held leadership and commercial roles with Sanara MedTech, Arkis BioSciences, ZEISS Medical Technology, Smith+Nephew, Aesculap and CONMED. His experience spans neurosurgery, orthopedics, surgical biologics, capital equipment and other specialty surgical markets.

As Director of Sales for Arkis BioSciences, Ryan helped commercialize four neurosurgical products and contributed to the company's growth from an early-stage medical device startup through its acquisition by Integra LifeSciences. That experience shaped a leadership approach centered on identifying clinical opportunities, building high-performing sales channels, developing physician relationships and translating innovation into sustainable commercial growth.

At Evologics, Ryan leads sales strategy and commercial execution, focusing on market access, national sales performance, distributor and healthcare partnerships, and new opportunities for the Evologics biologics portfolio. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University.

Theresa Hong serves as Chief Educational Officer at Evologics, where she combines educational content development, marketing experience and a strong focus on industry compliance.

Her work equips surgeons and sales representatives with product and biologics information designed to support informed conversations, clinical understanding and responsible representation. Theresa collaborates closely with surgeons while developing educational and marketing resources for the Evologics team.

Eda Brown manages inventory portfolios and inventory levels as Purchasing Manager at Evologics. She leads forecasting, purchasing and receiving, item sourcing and the evaluation of new suppliers while coordinating with sales and distribution teams to support product availability.

Originally from Kaiserslautern, Germany, Eda previously performed similar roles for international corporations in Munich and Cologne.

Concepcion “Fonzie” Vasquez brings more than 20 years of tissue banking experience to his role as Distribution and Quality Manager. His work reflects a longstanding commitment to tissue donation, customer service and the responsible handling of donated human tissue.

Fonzie began his career with the South Texas Blood and Tissue Center as a processing technician, tissue distribution coordinator and recovery technician. He now applies that experience to Evologics distribution and quality operations.

Karen Brady is an Accounting Analyst with 15 years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience. At Evologics, she supports invoicing and related reporting for Evologics and Ophthalogix.

Her positive, collaborative approach also enables her to support teams across the organization as operational needs arise.

Sebastian Fischer is a Shipping and Distribution Specialist responsible for coordinating the transportation of human tissue products and managing inventory intake accurately.

His logistics work and attention to applicable safety practices help maintain shipment quality and integrity as products move to healthcare providers.
